Terms and Conditions for Pama Claus 2019

1. Toys

• Pama Foundation is not responsible for any toys that have missing parts, malfunction, are defective, break, are lost, or stolen.  In the event that there is a problem with the toy (any of the above-mentioned) please contact customer service at FDMT.
• Gifts are not exchangeable or returnable.
• The child receiving the gift MUST be present to receive it.  Parents cannot accept the gift on the child’s behalf.
• If one is not present to receive their gift, they forfeit their access to it.  Gifts for those not present will not be mailed, shipped, or available for pick up at a later time.
• There is no charge for the gifts for children that have shown proof of and autism diagnosis.
• Any supplementary gifts must be paid for in advance by December 3, 2017.

 

1. Applying

• Applying is done via the website only.
• A proof of diagnosis for an Autism Spectrum Disorder must be presented to qualify. 
• If the application is not filled out accurately, your application will be deleted.
• It is illegal to provide false information and therefore punishable by law.
